Introducing: OCEANICS on Tuesdays at 5:30
I have developed a water class that combines the traditions of Tai Chi, Qigong, Aqua exercise and rehabilitation. For one hour weekly we will explore how the water moves and sustains our bodies. Movements tap into our innate resonance with water.
