FUTURE COURSES - TO BE DETERMINED
The format will be integrative, lab centric, and experiential. Participants will explore intravaginal/rectal manual techniques to treat myofascial, ligamentous and neural restrictions of the pelvic floor.
I will present the latest research on myofascial pelvic floor therapy, brain mapping and orgasm, and the history of cultural/societal perception of the vagina.
We will explore what a healthy PF feels like through meditation, movement and breath work. We will gain proficiency in self-care so that we can authentically teach it to our patients. Participants will develop confidence and skill treating the following intravaginally and intrarectally:
The seminar fee is $675 paid in full by November 15, 2016. There is an advance discount of $650 if paid by October 15, 2016. Space is limited. - Introital imbalance
- Prolapse
- Bladder and Urethral issues
- Cervix malposition
- Pelvic pain
- Scars and adhesions (C section, hysterectomy, appendectomy)
- PF muscle imbalance
- Sacrococcygeal dysfunction (mobilization intrarectally)
- Prostate mobilization
